Responsible for implementation of HR Strategy in line with business strategy. Work closely with business areas to understand their business strategy and challenges and ensure that HR supports the business to achieve their objectives by providing value-add and practical HR solutions. Accountable for communicating and implementing global and local HR programs and processes within own business areas (i.e. performance management, talent management and succession planning, IR management etc.) The role would be also responsible for managing ER/IR and union management.
