Should able to Handle end to end recruitment of employee through portal, Management colleges, Advertisement and Internal references.
To take interview through telephonic or face to face and salary negotiation.
Take care of induction of new employees in the company.
Providing training and product knowledge to new candidates.
2) Attendance Leave & Payroll Management:
Taking care of attendance and leave records to all the employees.
Preparations of the salary breakup of the new candidates and salary computation.
Preparing and sending monthly basis payroll data to corporate payroll team to all employees.
Coordinating with Payroll Team for Processing & Transferring salary at the month end and their Full and Final settlement.
3) People Management & Development:
Preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters and warning letters to all the employees.
Checking the documentation and joining formalities of new candidates.
Maintaining and updating HR MIS and HRIS reports for future use of employee.
Ensuring all the personnel files i.e. records of employee are maintained and updated properly.
Taking care of employee engagement activities across to respective region
Coordinating with IT department for creating their email id and IMIS login id for the candidates
Coordinating with bank department for open the account for the new candidates.
4) Statutory Compliances:
Preparing candidate declaration form i.e. ESI, EPF and Gratuity.
Coordinating with consultant team for candidate TIC generation.
5) Grievance Handling:
Taking care of grievances related with Salary, Incentive, TA & DA, Full & Final settlement and some other issues.
5) General Administration:
Taking care of Vendor management, Housekeeping staff, Security staff, and Contractual staff to all respective location.
