Job Description

To ensure that the Sales Objectives of Promoters-Productivity are being met To design and execute steps to motivate all the Sales Promoters/FF Asms To ensure that training requirements are being met across. To Ensure Quality Recruitment of People in his area. Span of Control: Location- Gurgaon Handling FF operations across LO . Type of Contract: Outsourced (On the Rolls of Kelly) Reporting Structure: Solid Line reporting to the Region - HSOP Relations / Stake Holders Internal o HMD/TNS/CS Sales Team /Finance Team/Marketing Team External o Manpower Vendor, Training Vendor & Saturn Team Essential Prerequisites Must Have at least 6 10 years of Sales Experience in either FMCG or Telecom Industry Out of the same minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role wherein he would lead a team of 5 or more people Must be proficient in MS office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Must Be a Graduate preferably with MBA from a recognized university Skills and Knowledge Good Track Record of Performance in his previous roles Good examples of innovations being brought about in the existing system Logical and Analytical Excellent Planning and Coordination Skills Exposure to Recruitment and Appraisal Process Main Executive Tasks To Plan, Execute and Monitor Sales in the Promoter Outlets Vis a Vis Targets Coordination with Sales Force Team for all inputs related to promoters Oversee Recruitments across different states. Cover key recruitment centres and establish other channels and process of recruitment Conduct Appraisals of all Promoters at a frequency of once in every half of the year Coordinate with Vendor FFASMs in order to analyse effectiveness of training programmes Design content in collaboration with FFASM of vendor in order to assess the promoters on the job Monitoring Achievements against Target and Acting Plans for the same Ensure Optimum Utilization of Budget allocated. To conduct review meetings with Promoter FF and Sales Team To ensure achievement of Key KPIs for Promoters and TLs in his area Manpower Vendor Management (Agreements etc) Dashboard reports (on HR / Sales) Coordination with the Sales team and RDS on the Promoter deployment / Demo deployment & Demo reconciliation Coordination with the Finance team on the Agency Invoice processing, Demo Reconciliation and for NOC from Agency.
