Job Description

Regional Business Head Regional Business Head is responsible for managing business of a group of branches in a defined geography and is responsible for overall Sales & Marketing Operations. 1. Responsible for meeting the revenue & admission targets for the branches within the sales & marketing budget 2. Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in the region with the help of corporate marketing team 3. Developing long term value relationship with high potential schools in the region by making personal visits as well as by providing direction to the team for conducting multiple engagement activities in each school 4. Recruiting & developing a team of Branch Managers, Admission officers & other staff engaged in sales & marketing 5. Identifying key corporates in the region and developing MOU based engagement with them for steady flow of admissions 6. Collecting and submitting market research report including market intelligence for key competitors on a monthly basis 7. Developing channel of tuition teachers for contributing to the overall admissions 8. Responsible for key scholarship test success in the region including , ACST & ATQ to ensure leads which are 10x admission targets Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Graduate from recognised university in India 2. 15+ years of Sales & marketing experience 3. 5+ years of leadership/team management experience 4. Demonstrated experience in Business Development &/or Direct Sales 5. Willing to travel 50% of the available time in a month 6. Numbers driven 7. Local Language preferred
