Job Description

Wholesale Division (dealing with big corporate clients ticket size 200 cr.), Business Development, Client Acquisition, Agri - lending, Regional Head
Building the lending business in the Agri commodity space.
Leveraging existing relationships and develop a new relationship to build and scale up a high-quality book;
Building strong systems and processes and risk controls across the book
Provide support to existing sales team through training, regular interaction etc

Experience in the credit space with ideally 5-7 years in agri commodity lending
Strong capability to manage risk with zero defaults
Structuring capabilities to design solutions to meet client needs
Strong network and relationships with borrowers, agri commodity players across the value chain to build the right client base
Ability and experience in handling operational, legal or financial issues
Experience in Loan against property, mortgages etc will be a plus
