Branch / Area Managers: We are looking for Graduates / Post-Graduates with 5-10 years sales management experience in selling Unsecure loans; Business loans; SME / MSME loans Job Description- Branch / Area Managers: will be required to retain existing Merchants by giving additional funding during the tenure of the loan and maintain good relationship with Merchants for ongoing business. Preferred Industry experience- Bank / NBFC handling sales in retail assets (unsecured)/ Merchant banking/ direct sourcing in DSA/ similar industry experience) Role: 1.To develop a business plan and Renewal strategy for existing Customers that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 2. Monthly Renewal performance to be met as per assigned targets. 3.Maintain Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and Processing fees as per Business targets. 4.Monitoring and tracking of Renewal Portfolio to ensure 100% loan performance. 5.Renewal Strategy to be followed for consistent Customer Engagement and reduction in Blacklisted and Not Interested Pool 6.Maintaining good relationship with DSAs / RA for getting in desired business. 7.Coordination with marketing team for building effective Customer Communications. 8.To prepare action plans individually for effective business for assigned locations 9.Exploring ways for reducing sourcing TAT with coordination with Internal Stakeholders 10.Recruiting & managing a team / locations assigned. 11.On field and off field training of team members. 12.To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team. 13.Supervising the daily activities of reporting team and maintaining daily MIS. 14.Travel to Tier2/Tier3 locations if need be for monitoring performance and meeting Customers 15.Must Cross sell Insurance.
