Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB To monitor the functions and operations in the designated region to establish and sustain Admin service standards and turnaround time in order to have a smooth flow of operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team management 1. Leading the Regional Admin team and overseeing Facility Management and Admin Operations for the states under his purview. 2. Overseeing Admin procurement for the region, vendor management and cost control. 3. Ensuring that safety, health and security standards are maintained at all locations in the region. 4. Conducting surprise visits to branches, ATMs, soliciting informal and formal feedback from staff on admin service standards. 5. Regular reporting of admin related MIS to the central office Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders 1. Liaising with business heads and networking to obtain feedback and understanding admin needs of different business units. 2. Liasing with local police, municipality and government authorities and ensuring legal compliance. Job Specifications: Candidate should be at least a first class graduate from any stream, preferably with an engineering background. Should be able to converse fluently in the local languages of the States under his purview. Should have at least 18+ years experience in Administration particularly Facility Management. Should have a commanding personality and leadership skills Should have the suitable contacts with Government agencies Knowledge of IT and Admin related software systems would be an added attribute
