* Should be expert in Sourcing .
* Candidate should have 3 - 6 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
* Experience in sourcing and screening the Profiles from different portals, Networking, Database, Head hunting & Social Networking Sites, managing End to End prospect of Recruitment activities.
* Screen candidates resumes and Job applications.
* Well versed in Boolean Searching, Linkedin Searching .
* Should have worked with any Product Clients .
* Preferably E-Commerce Domain experience .
* Aware of Current technologies.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
