At least 8+ years of experience in US Recruitment
Familiarity with all US Tax Terms which includes 1099, Corp to Corp, W2 (Hourly/Annual), W2 with Per-Diem, OPT, CPT and TN Visa.
Worked on all job boards such as Dice, Monster, Yahoo Hot Jobs, Computer Jobs as well as free sites to search for appropriate profiles.
Should have experience in Delivery, Client Interaction and Team Handling.
Should have prior experience in handling Clients like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Igate etc.,
Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.
Should have experience in managing team of recruiters
Should have Good Experience in IT & Non-IT Industry..
Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
Plan & execute the client deliverables.
Maintenance of RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies) Register by contacting, discussing and capturing the required updates from each of the various teams with in the entire Program.
Ability to manage requirements coming from multiple streams and fulfilling them by working with sales team and recruitment team.
Maturity and good articulation skills.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Willing to work in night shift.
To forecast, plan and review monthly recruitment targets.
Managing a team of recruiters to handle recruitment activities of US Staffing.
Helping & guiding the team to achieve objectives and keep them motivated.
Training the team on the latest recruitment techniques.
Liaising with the technical managers to enable correct resource delivery
Building a relationship with offered resources to better the offered to joined ratio
Partner with search specialists, as appropriate, to create sourcing strategy for open positions.
Handling End to End Recruitment in all domains.
Coordinating with the Account Manager / Transformation Manager / Delivery Manager of Tech M and BRM to explore the possibility of any offshore placements and Work Packaging.
Continuously improve on service levels offered to customers in terms of Turnaround time for requests & SLA adherence metrics & Customer Satisfaction
Recruitments handling in the areas of Microsoft, ERP, CRM & other technologies.
Actively involved in improving the recruitment process.
Liaising with all the recruitment agencies and closing the requirements in time.
Generation of various reports with regard to the recruitment Analysis.
Preparing metrics for recruitment.
Adhering at all times to the highest level of integrity in all placement activities.
