The Incumbent should possess the following:
16 to 18 years of rich professional experience in Talent Acquisition; knowledge of end to end recruitment process
Should have managed a global recruitment team; Successfully built cohesive and high performing engaged teams.
Good exposure of managing internal stake holders at GM and VP levels
Well versed with the best Talent Acquisition practices and a good understanding of the IT and Professional Services sector within India and US.
Expertise in leading and managing large scale Talent Acquisition activities. Area of expertise includes designing Talent acquisition strategies, Recruitment process improvement and Workforce planning
Setting up systems and processes & streamlining Operations
Analytic Thinker, Strategic business planning & execution
Considered as an excellent crisis-manager, problem-solver and strategic business partner
Sound knowledge in optimizing resources and managing the complete recruitment life cycle.
Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfilment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
