We are looking for a Recruitment Professional with 8-10 years of experience in NON-IT/IT vertical recruitment. This role will be managing Internal hiring for PeopleStrong.
- Candidate shall be responsible for end to end recruitment process for all levels including leadership hiring, and client management.
- Generating right talent pool for vacancies against different positions.
- Involved in industry mapping and market research for various domains pertaining to requirements .
- Handling mandates in technology and functional hiring.
- Mentoring, developing & training team members on various job-related skills/competencies.
- Managing the offers along with involvement in candidates expectations management and post offers to integration processes for all candidates and clients.
- Candidate have Excellent written & verbal communication& presentation skills.
