1) Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate hiring for mainly BFSI, IFS, KYC and financial domains.
2) Relevant experience of 2 years into BFSI hiring.
4) Should be able to handle overall recruitment process

6) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7) Excellent organizational skills.
8) Should have clear understanding of business procedures and the ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team.
9) Good client facing/communication skills. Ability to solve problems quickly while handling competing priorities. Flexible and enthusiastic in taking up new responsibilities
