* Experience in sourcing and screening the Profiles from different portals, Networking, Database, Head hunting & Social Networking Sites, managing End to End prospect of Recruitment activities.
* Understanding the Job description by interacting with technical teams.
* Ready to work for niche skills.
* Screen candidates resumes and Job applications.
* Should know the current market trends.
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with team members.
* Ability to step up and take ownership.
* Negotiation and Convincing skills.
