Job Description

Looking for IT recruiter with ( relevant 1 -3 Years Exp) in
IT recruitment..
a. Sourcing:
Experience of recruiting both staff and shop floor/production floor employees (Apprentice, Trainee Operators/Technicians, and Contractual) in fresher as well lateral categories
Exposure of sourcing channels like job portals/consultants/campus hire/referrals in the above mentioned categories, and prior network with those channels is desirable
b. Screening:
Experience of the screening process adopted during selection; short listing as per requirement criteria, and job specifications
c. Interviewing:
Expertise in conducting and coordinating interviews to identify right person for the job
d. Offer & Appointment Letter:
Knowledge of to minimum wage laws & compliance, salary components of various workmen categories and mandatory deductions against social insurances ( PF, ESIC); drafting appointment letters of various categories of workmen (staff, apprentices, trainee workers, contractual);
Experience of salary negotiation & offer process to get the candidate on board
