Job Description

Coordinating with end-to-end hiring process from interview scheduling to joining formalities in line with the business requirements.

Sending Interview invites to the shortlisted candidates and coordinate different modes of interviews. 

Tracking interviews on regular basis and presenting the data to respective businesses/ recruiters on weekly basis.

Handling candidate issues regarding interview schedules &
Ensuring shortlisted candidates complete Interview process with respective businesses and keeping them updated about further steps.

Extending Offers to the identified candidates, placing requests for backgrounds to be verified, and ensuring completion of the same for the Hire to come Onboard with the organization.

Brief Role:
Interacting with the Candidates in the process of shortlisting and selecting. 
Interacting with the clients and candidate to schedule interviews.
Guide the candidate with interview preparation information including schedule, location map, contact information etc.
Interview Feedback Collection post interviews to take next steps in the recruitment process.
Candidate Turn-down Emails / Phone Calls
Strong Customer Services orientation
Should have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Should have very good experience of Excel.
No Targets

Qualification :MBA
Location : Begumpet - Hyderabad
Experience : Min 1-4 years. Recruitment Executives, BPO voice executives,Tele callers, secretaries and other supportive executives can be preferred.
