Candidate Management :
- Source suitable candidates from various channels across the world including advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, technology etc
- Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management
- Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
