Job Description

- Designing and Implementing overall recruitment strategy

- Sourcing and Attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.

- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

- Collaborating with department managers to identity future hiring needs

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting Best Practices

- Promote company's reputation as - best place to work-

- 3-4 years of recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter or agency staffing recruiter

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Structured, Competency-based, Stress etc)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work within tight deadlines

- Familiarity with HR Databases
