Job Description

Handling end to end recruitment
Sourcing from different channels
Should have excellent communication skill
Should be target oriented
Manage the recruiting process to exceed hiring goals, including full-cycle recruitment, networking, cold calling, social media searches and effective use of the company's tracking system
Work with the reporting lead to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role
Passion to deliver the best candidates as well as promoting a positive image of our brand which delivers on driving great results
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop successful candidate database as well to understand overall needs and requirements such as job description, timing etc.
Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates
Consistently meet the performance metrics and provide reporting and regular status updates to the reporting lead and to the assigned Hiring Manager as required
Develop and build positive working relationships with co-workers by maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic work attitude
Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices
Nurture your network to develop referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires
Follow-up with all pipeline candidates personally to continue to cultivate great relationships
Actively responsible for the up-skilled training of the reporting team members
Helping the team to build the strong data base of qualified candidates
