Responsible for o n time fulfillment, Rotation, Capacity Planning & utilization
Requires extensive and rich experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Resource Utilization.
Provide campus deployment, bench management.
Involved in Proactive planning of bringing down the demand-supply gap .
Maintain and continuously improve MIS that can not only reflect RMG performance but also helps in key decision making
Identifying business & professional need of practitioners for re-tooling.
Actively involved in Skills Management process .
Maintaining good supply by meeting current and future/ forecasted demand.
Headcount Tracking and close monitoring of Utilization of the resources.
