1) Knowledge of HACCP principles, Food Safety System requirement and Food Microbiology.
2) Exposure and hands on experience in documentation of BRC/ FSSC/ HALAL/ QMS.
3) Monitor and update all Quality records updates, verify records on appropriatenes
4) Responsible for sending of samples to external laboratory and verification of reports as per FSSAI testing regime requirements.
5) Prepares process flow chart, risk analysis, CCP monitoring, verification and validation records.
