Managing laboratory and handling activities related to inspection and testing of Raw
material, Packaging material, in process control, finished products, Calibration of
Inspection measuring test equipment.
Responsible for review and validate all the quality standards including records,
documents, procedures and specifications as per the Regulation (FSSAI and FDA)
Responsible to finalize and approve the labeling requirement for new as well as routine

Managing activities related to New Product Development including quality of Raw

Responsible for standardization of recipe and yield as per the desired quality of Finished
Responsible to design the packaging material including the size and Laminate structure
to get the desired shelf life of Product.

Food Safety Management System:
Felicitating development & implementation of ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System
Responsible to review and validate the Process Flow Diagram, Product Description &
Intended use, PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs and their critical limit, Monitoring Procedure and
Effective Corrective Action in case of deviation, Hazard Analysis and HACCP Plan, for
continual improvement of Food Safety Management System.
Verifying the effective monitoring is being done to achieve the Food Safety Objectives.
Conduct regular Plant Hygiene and Food Safety Internal Audit to ensure adherence of
system and standard procedure.
Responsible for doing all the changes in infrastructure as per system requirement.
