Alignment of processes to Microland & Business standard processes and signoff with the external customer on the same Definition of metrics to the shared with the customers (internal / external) and signoff on the same Training of all resources on processes signed off with the customers. Training on usage of service management tool required to deliver services to the customers. Ensuring all processes have defined steps to be audited, defined sample size to be audited and defined frequency at which the audit needs to be conducted. There should be a sign-off on these with the process owner. Ensure that all engineers/executive/leads following the process are trained on audit steps as and when the audits steps are getting defined or revised. Training of Quality Analysts on new audits and audit requirement. Ensuring all processes are having defined metrics to measure the performance of the process as per business requirement. Ensuring the frequency of generation of reports are signed off with the process owners are adhered to. Ensuring all process are adhering to document management guidelines and are stored live and updated in the central repository. Ensuring all audit steps are documented as per document management guidelines and are stored live and updated in the central repository. Knowledge Management Sessions for Team members on Business Logistics and Quality G&Os alignment with Business G&Os Cross Business Initiatives for Best Practice Sharing for Team Members and for himself/herself. Ensuring SOPs for all reports and dashboards are documented as per document management guidelines and are stored live and updated in the central repository. Identify scope of Automation in improving Business Performance and process efficiency and drive projects accordingly. Identify scope of Automation in replacing Team Deliverables and improving resource efficiency , also drive projects accordingly Deliver the CRS's for all automation Projects conceptualized for the respective Business. Prepare CBA for all Automation Projects for the program and work with Program Manager to implement the realization phase successfully. Analyze effectiveness of implementation and drive tool utilization to realize operational benefits through Automation. Analyzing process performance metrics to identify any areas of improvement and drive improvement together with process owner. Analyzing processes to identity any areas of automation in the process and drive automation initiatives together with process owners. Participating in internal reviews to discuss metrics on performance of processes, understanding process owners pain points, identifying areas of improvement and driving improvement together with process owner. Participating in operations reviews with customer to discuss metrics on performance of processes, understanding process owners pain points, identifying areas of improvement and driving improvement together with process owner. Keeping track of current and forecasted tasks that need to be delivered by self and team on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Estimating accurately the effort required for all tasks Identifying gap in resource strength and working with the reporting manager to find a solution. Updating team skill matrix Assessing each team member's skill gaps as per the defined frequency Signing off on TNI based on the skill gap scores and coordinating with the QM/AQM, TTC for imparting training. Knowledge Management Sessions for Team members on Business Logistics and Quality G&Os alignment with Business G&Os. Tracking application of skills as well as assessment scores of all team members and mentoring them for skill development. Assist manager in implementation of new standards and guidelines as per the requirement of the business/organization. Assist with external Audit preparedness exercises and drive internal team on Audit awareness, compliance and discipline. Suggesting changes in processes to incorporate best practices in order to improve service performance, reduce cost of delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Contribute to Microland Quality & Automation Positioning in Proposal Submission for New Business Opportunities. Analyzing the Dataset provided by customer on current Delivery and recommending Service Improvement Initiatives for the current system. Assist manager for Manpower Planning, operation model designing and transition Planning for new business opportunities.
