Job Description

Auditing calls and the emails provided by the agents and evaluate the customer experience.
Active participation in all meetings (team huddles, calibrations etc.) and trainings as scheduled.
Publishing Quality reports/Dashboard (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
Fair understanding of C-Sat/D-Sat and subsequesnt analyses.
Contribute in process wide improvement to increase efficiency, reduce errors and improve C-Sat.
