Manage 10 to 12 member team of automation engineers, define short term & long term goals for teams
Should drive Devops/GTS tool chain adoption across the programs with their expertise on tools & frameworks
Build, engage and manage agile groups
Constantly understand industry trends in tools & technologies, engage and develop team capabilities to deal with transformational expectations
Identify process/functional opportunities that can create value-add to our business
Should be the best coach for team members in eliminating their hurdles and drive their success
Manage onshore/offshore teams & partners, be collaborative and break silos
Encourage & evaluate innovations and take it forward for implementation subject to business value-add
Responsible for setting up performance objectives, development plan and performance monitoring/evaluation of resources
Identify appropriate enhancements to the application that improves clients business and strategically communicate the same to enhance Alliance business
Ability to partner with the business to create business cases.
Effectively recognizes and rewards desirable performances
Foster innovation and risk taking abilities
Participate in the application requirements review meeting, analyze business requirements and provide the LOE.
Manage escalation within organization and the other Stakeholders
