*Responsible for high volume institutional/ project sales where the quantum is prescribed by the management.
*Analyse business potential, conceptualise & execute strategies to drive
sales, augment turnover and achieve targets to ensure work in sync with the corporate laid parameters.
* Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures.
* Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
* Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve recurring/ referral business.
* Develop long term strategies with key architects, contractors, developers/realtors to evolve loyal HRJ customers.
