Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ relevant experience in Project Management .
Minimum of bachelors degree (Telecom preferred)
Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certified, ITIL.
Technical certification would be added advantage (CCNA, CCNP, ACA, Security etc.)


Skills/Experience(Project Management):

Good Experience of handling large project deliveries and stakeholder management as defined by the needs of the business, including customer, project team, project suppliers and other affected parties.
Typically has experience of owning end to end project delivery over a number of years. Good record of delivering against pre-determined requirements, within cost, schedule and quality
Should have understanding and experience of Configuration/ Change Management, Governance, Issue and Risk Management, Planning and Scheduling, Communication Management, Stakeholder Management, Supplier Management, Estimating
High standard of written and spoken English .
Highly Numerate.
Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/ Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Access)
Escalation management and complaint handling

Technical:
Good and thorough Understanding of IT & Telecom related product/service implementation (for example MPLS, LAN, WAN, Leased Lines, VOIP etc.)
Good understanding of IT & Network products (for example Routers, Switches Firewalls, Security products etc.)
