Job Description

1. Interface/Coordination with Stakeholders:
a) To participate to regular/ irregular meeting called by stakeholders
b) To coordinate/set up the meeting with stakeholders
c) To obtain the necessary information from stakeholders and others.
d) To report the meeting result to senior persons

2. Contractors representative:
PM-E&M shall act as Contractors Representative (Representative of consortium). However, all the decisions shall be made under the supervision of PO GM and/or PO DGM.

3. Monitoring of Project Progress:
a) To obtain the necessary information & data from stakeholders to understand the detailed project progress
b) To do comparative analysis of plan and actual
c) To report the project progress to senior persons
d) To propose necessary countermeasure to solve the problem
e) To review technical documents prepared by consortium partner and report your comments to senior persons
f) To prepare and maintain open & close item lists and to chase the status on each item
g) To support senior persons preparation of periodical progress report
h) To support document control (trace of project milestone and deliverables)

4. Support to Senior Persons for Correspondences:
a) To obtain all related correspondences with stakeholders
b) To review & understand all related correspondences with stakeholders
c) To report the essence of correspondences including, but not limited to, critical issues and urgent issues to senior persons
d) To draft the letter/correspondences under instruction of senior persons

5. Operational Management:
a) Prepare internal documents required by PO and company HQ.
