Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate resources across multiple areas of the business internal and external to the CSO team

- Track resource availability and allocation by project and report weekly

- Strive to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and provide visibility on dependencies

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Provide a dashboard to executives on a monthly basis outlining the accomplishments, slips in schedule, and

reasons as well as any scope adjustments

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in related field or appropriate certification required (e.g. PMP)

2+ years of experience with one or more of the following :

- Project Management and Associated tools (MS Project, JIRA, TFS, etc)

- Interaction with customers and internal technical teams

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in JIRA for managing projects is a big plus

- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers

- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Developing Budgets and / or Tracking budget expenses

- Supervision

- Process Improvement

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong Leadership skills
