Able to manage one or more technical projects simultaneously
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Able to present different methods of nondestructive testing and has a good understanding of technological developments in the industry, to come up with quick solutions.
Able to create business cases for projects, in a way the decision maker have the best possible overview of company impact.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Reporting & continuous improvements.
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical (or) Production
Minimum ASNT Level III in UT.
At least 10 to 15 year experience in mechanical / composite Industry.
Experience in handling teams & projects
Minimum 5+ years work experience within Project/Program Management
Experience in composite inspection techniques added advantage
Ability to define the limitation of application of testing methods
Powerful self-driven work ethic, willing to work extended hours as needed.
Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power point. Knowledge in Microsoft Project is preferred.
Proactive in approach.
Strong administrative, communication and facilitating skills with ability to interact with all team members and customers as required.
