The individual will be expected to lead a group of RPA specialists - to understand and document the business process, identify opportunities for automation and Work with business and technology teams to analyse and assess feasibility. Responsibility will also include leading a team to document business process requirements, architect automation solution, develop and configure automation; Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach; ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing; meeting all quality, deadline, and budget requirements as part of deploying resources and managing a team of RPA developers.
The individual would also lead overseeing testing, troubleshooting and training of BOT controllers from time to time; develop and adapt RPA development standards. The individual will work with the larger team to engage with senior leadership, to identify their key strategic issues/ priorities and develop desired solutions. The candidate will have strong collaboration skills, to work with a virtual team of global knowledge community.
8+ years of professional services experience in application development, automation and experience in architecting and developing RPA implementations (preferably Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere)
Hands-on experience of Process Automation across the life-cycle, preferably using industrys leading Robotics Automation products
Good understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents in Automation space
Knowledge in programming preferably with Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
High level of motivation, strong work ethic and excellent business communication skills
