ComplianceManager will assume responsibilities for risk, compliance and regulatoryactivities within an account. The candidate must have a firm understanding ofIBM risk and compliance standards, policies, tools and technology to nurture, motivate, and retain a strong bench of risk, security and compliance skills andtalent. The candidate must also be able to passionately communicate about risk, compliance and security innovation, and delivery excellence to multiple levelsof management including external clients as required. Responsibilities Thoroughknowledge on compliance processes Issue Management, Patches, Health Check, User ID Primary and Secondary Controls, Patch Management, Security InventoryReconciliation. Ensure theaccount remains green on Issues, Patches, Security Health Checks, User IDprimary / secondary controls and driving these items before they becomeoverdue. Act ascompliance response focal, provide pre - audit and post - audit support for bothinternal audits and external audits to understand and fulfill data requests, understand findings / conditions and to establish rightful ownership of theissues. Identify& Support improvement initiatives Provideearly warnings on potential non - compliances. Review / Verifythe health of critical processes such as Health check, Patch Management, Userid & Shared ID management Knowledgeand preferred experience on security policy and implementation Do gapanalysis and drive action plans to ensure the account is compliant and auditready Identifyrisks in the environment, manage risk communication and treatment. Engage andtake ownership for implementation of global initiatives in the controls / compliance areas and ensure that the initiatives are implemented on time. Serves as asingle point of contact to for compliance delivery for all Servicelines / Technologies. Define andimplement compliance management system through systematic tracking ofcompliance posture and interlocks. Drive theaccount / delivery team to submit the required reporting Conductcompliance education / awareness programs for delivery teams on a periodicbasis or as per delivery teams requirement. Coordinatethe quarterly Management Self - Assessment (MSA) process.
