Job Description

1. Responsible for the full project life cycle management from pitch, design and build to quality assurance, delivery & approval

2. Business Analysis

- Gather and analyze data to understand and define customers' needs, desires and communication requirements

- Learn and develop techniques including Persona Development, Competitive Analysis and Contextual enquiry to identify key consumer behaviors, needs and frustrations

- Engage client teams to understand client strategy, goals and needs and requirements through Strategy/Audience definition workshops & interactions

- Collaborate with design, development, and external marketing/product teams to deliver world class design solutions

- Communicate client goals to the team and represent the client's interests during design and delivery

- Support the creative team with interaction ideas and strategies based on customer engagement models & research.

- Work Closely with the management team to define a solution, create and present the project proposal

3. Project Planning & Tracking

- Managing a variety of requests from the client and structure them into a executable project plan

- Manage team [and team member] deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to the project plan

- Constant communication with client teams keeping them abreast of complete/upcoming milestones, schedule review sessions and provide project status reports using our project management tool, Basecamp

- Tracking project deliverables and initiate, change requests, out of scope alerts and mobilize project extensions

- Hold internal project de-briefing sessions and document project report.

4. Project Maintenance -

- Creating, Managing and Updating Documentation

- Organizing Project Assets [Inventories, designs, wireframes, image assets, task flows, processes, etc.]

- Collating and Preparing appropriate monthly + on-demand reports

- Collating Billing Time Sheets/Efforts

5. Process Adherence & Improvements

- Adhere to established standards and processes within the organisation

- Assist in the Standardization project management practices throughout the organization which includes

- Identify Process Improvement Initiatives and implement them

6. Knowledge Management

- Regularly update your skill and knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining

professional networks

- Be up-to-date on recent trends and design benchmarks

- Regular research on tools & technology

- Document and Share Knowledge - Conduct Knowledge Sessions

7. Client Management

- Consult with the clients & provide suitable solutions related to the project/engagement

- Have an awareness of client activity in coming month/quarter

- Manage Client expectations

- Ensure Timely Invoicing

8. Team, Quality & Leadership

- Be the interface/conduit between multi-functional teams to lead the delivery of projects

- Effectively manage team workloads and team morale

- Work closely individuals within each team in the context of overcoming weaknesses and creating greater efficiency

- Conduct regular quality audits across each team member to ensure adherence to best practices and Paper Plane standards

- Be closely involved in the creation of Test Cases & Test Scenarios
