* At least 11-15 years experience in a professionally managed organization IT /ITES, Mobile Payments, Payment Gateway or a leading bank in Customer Front ending, Requirement Gathering, Implementation & Production Support.
* Must have knowledge of Mobile Payments, Payment Gateway e.t.c
* Should be familiar with Payments Industry.
* Should also be familiar with internet technology.
* Must have hands-on experience in latest mobile technologies/Payment Gateway and should be familiar with Web/mobile applications, security etc.
* Must be good in technical analysis, project management, trouble shooting etc.
* Should have good Trouble Shooting Skills.
* Working Knowledge in Weblogic, IIS , Oracle DB e.t.c
* Requirement Gathering
* Coordination with Users, Customers, Vendors and other internal teams during project life-cycle
* Team management
* Periodic Status Reports of various project
* Multitasking , handling more than 1 project in simultaneously.
* Work in tandem with Internal and External customers
* Technology Solutions evaluation
* In accordance with all applicable performance metrics, including CPIs, KPIs, ESR, user satisfaction targets, operating level agreements
* Tracking that Service Providers resolve incidents and issues in an efficient and effective
* Ability to provide Solution via Code Change/Configuration Management.
* Conduct Weekly Reviews with various Application Support /Business teams.
* Should be flexible for various work timings as required for support.
