Job Description

PM-P&Es work will also include, but not limited to,

Interaction with Governing body's consultant and manufacturers
Preparation of contractual letter
Other documentation such as technical letter, periodical progress report, etc
Report of project progress to stakeholders
Timely delivery of the machines
Verification of technical documents to be submitted by manufacturers.
Arrangement of meeting & site activity
Troubleshooting
Schedule control

Essential Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum requirement of this position are as follows:
- Overall Experience on EPC projects in any infrastructure sector - 20 years

- Experience of construction works of railway and/or metro projects - 15 years

- Experience as a Project Manager in railway and/or metro projects - 5 years

Professional technical knowledge of maintenance machine for railway track and overhead equipment.
General knowledge of contractual terms (knowledge of FIDIC Yellow Book is preferable)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good IT skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
General Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental procedures in projects
Fluent verbal and written English

Other Responsibilities:

PM-P&E is also required to engaged in internal work, such as,
Conducting a comparative analysis between plan and actual
Preparing internal budget and updating the same periodically
Encouraging Management/its colleague to understand technical matters
Supporting Management to prepare internal documents
Any other tasks/jobs required by management shall be done by PM-P&E
