Job Description

Responsibilities for supporting the Project Management Office Team include:

1.Project Management Support

oSupport projects across CIB in North America, UK, EMEA and APAC​

oPrepare project documents across the lifecycle of the project. Ex Project charter, BRD,​

oIdentify risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure​

oEnsure timely stakeholder communication​

oAnalyze and Interpret Steerco and Meeting Dashboards and Management Reports​

oArchive and maintain documents in SharePoint.​


2.Project Budgeting and Planning

oExecute and Prepare project cost reports for North America, Paris and UK​

oAnalyze and interpret cost reports and provide commentaries

oConduct Variance analysis and provide commentaries to management

oManage and Review Invoices vs. Budget (Resources, Cost and Variances)


3.Resource Management

oTimesheet management

oHeadcount tracking and reconciliation

oPrepare and distribute reports to different stakeholders (PPM, Business Owners, Project Managers, and Senior Management). Ex - Usage analysis of resources

oProject status reports for the regions serviced


Skills Technical:

  • SAP and Vinci
  • Clarity
  • MS Office Suite (incl. MS Project)
  • PMP/ Prince 2 Certification
  • Knowledge of P2P
  • Platforms
