Co-ordinate Project requirements
Establish baseline requirements and develop estimates, as and when required
Plan for all aspects of the project using standard project planning process. Record reviews of projects and track actionable.
Assist the project team in carrying out all project activities.
Track important aspects of projects – scope, schedule, effort, staff, risks, issues etc.
Identify, track and report risk areas in consent with project managers (making part of project reporting)
Reporting and tracking health of project
Participate in process improvement initiatives, specific to projects, if any
Monitor and evaluate project performance to established goals
Track of full project plans thru’ shifting priorities, changes style, and responds with new approaches as required by changing demands and/or conditions.
Prepares risk analysis and action plan to mitigate the risks.
Keep record of project deliverable sign-offs
Manage project issues and risks
Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes and distribute to teams.
Manage the process of follow ups for necessary reviews and approvals.
Collect and record project timesheets and produces periodic reports
Create and track procurement requests as directed by project managers
