Day to day work management/ tracking and ensure delivery with proper quality.
Need to work closely with different stakeholders - program and product management, After Market Services team, Project implementation team and other functional teams.
He has to be hands on in development who can review and give technical guidance to the team. He needs to own the program delivery. Practice standard development process leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
