Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
Partner leadership team to develop road-map for growth of turnkey electrical transformer project business with complete ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) Account.
Develop implementable strategies to win Projects and grow project business.
Review progress on project plans; guide, monitor and track project progress to ensure high level of operational efficiency, quality and cost effective management of resources.
Review the identified and potential risks, constraints and dependencies in obtaining/ winning the project order and drive the project team with CAPA to grow turnkey project business.
Proactively review mitigation mechanisms on identified risks and dependencies in obtaining project and its effective execution proactively.
Review domestic market surveys for emerging trends/ best practices in EHV Transformer/ EHV Cables, Conductors and Electrical Substation project management and guide Project execution team with improvisation.
Review RCA for project modification requests from customers and approve re-estimated project timelines/ budgets.
Conduct regular reviews between on-site project team and corporate office for seamless delivery.
Monitor and ensure effective liaison of Project team with country wide electrical tendering authorities/ government and EPC companies.
Review compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements with respect to project execution.
Monitor project billing and receivables as per the execution schedule.

Desired EQ/ Skills and Experience:
B.Tech/ BE Electrical Engineering with 15+ year experience in Electrical Engineering Transformer Projects, Power Distribution, Electrical Automation Controls, Electrical Engineering Project Planning and Execution.
Awareness of operational safety requirements in a manufacturing environment and ability
to apply and follow procedures and requirements as per regulatory bodies.
Ability to grow Electrical Project business with tendering authorities/ government, electricity boards and EPC companies PAN India
Ability to influence External Auditors and effective relationship with tendering authorities/ government, electricity boards and EPC companies.
Strong communication/ presentation skills and ability to deal tactfully and efficiently at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.
Strong desire to grow with entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
