1. Conduct regular project meetings for progress review and risk management.
2. Identify potential issues in advance so commitments can be made on time .
3. Single point of contact for program with customer to cascade customer requirements/ information to Project Team.
4. Manage cross-functional mapped resources to assure program information flow, direction and implementation timelines with quantifiable milestones.
5. Responsible for flawless launches of new projects.
