We are looking for good exposure in-  -Compensation -Benefits -Policies -HR Heirarchy Looking for -Compensation & Benefits (Global) -Formulating HR Policies & Processes -Talent Acquisition -Employee Engagement -HR Operations & Analytics led HR Interventions M&A (HR due diligence, staff transfers, people & policies integration) -Statutory Compliance & Payroll -Compensation & Benefits (Budgeting, Flexi Pay, Implementation of Increment, Promotions, Variable, Incentives, Retention Strategy, etc) -Designing the Allowance structure for different geographies. -Setup of new geography and ensure compliance -Managing the compliance for new Operation Excellence (Employee life cycle processes) -HR Analytics Looking at Compensation benefits expert from ITES or IT segment who have handled span across locations. Good Compensation and growing opportunity!! Desired Candidate Profile: Career & Growth Prospects: Future growth prospects exist within the firm to become a Team Leader managing teams and a Practice Manager, managing client relationships.
