Excellent Communication and troubleshooting skills
Around 4 years of experience in a 24/7 Production Support Role preferably in BNFS IT domain.
Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously.
Understanding of financial services and SDLC will be an added plus.
Experience/exposure to ticketing tools will be good to have.
Proven ability to work in a client facing environment and experience in handling client SLAs is a must.
Manage Daily routine tasks.
Take ownership of client issues and should be able to take corrective action to resolve them within agreed SLAs.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify steps to prevent repetitive issues.
Create knowledge base articles for future reference and ability to train new joiners and be an active participant of CSI programs.
Graduate/Post graduate in any stream.
Sound understanding of IT Applications/Ticketing tools/Capital Markets
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/ITES/KPO industry.
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
