Work on Teradata/ Informatica/ UNIX Shell Scripting/ Control-M technologies
Responsible for supporting all the jobs and ensuring the data loads are complete with in the stipulated SLAs.
Manage a workload with changing priorities and demands
Drive efforts to proactively identify application or system issues improving availability and performance
Strong skills in requirement analysis, development, enhancement, bug fixes, issue resolution
Required to work 24x7 and provide seamless support for daily/ weekly/ month-end processing and participate in troubleshooting calls etc. , .
Ensure application Service Level Agreements are exceeded by maintaining ownership of incidents through resolution.
