To develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system. To identify and make contact with potential customers To respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers. To maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales. To follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity To assist in creating quarterly/half-yearly sales & marketing plans for the assigned center(s) To manage defined key accounts [doctors, hospitals, corporate companies] with a view to identify additional sales opportunities To provide support for the alliance corporate sales initiative to key stakeholders To coordinate every step in the life-cycle of the corporate dealing process, from initial engagement, contract negotiation and implementation To manage and improve the processes of corporate spend tracking and provide analysis and reports to internal stakeholders To actively and consistently prospect and develop new sources of business for the center(s) through various channels and successfully converting potential business opportunities to confirmed bookings To be accountable for the thorough implementation of all customer related initiatives among sales personnel managed. To be responsible for marketing investment return on investment in the assigned market place. To initiate and participate in sales meetings, Suburban Diagnostics sales training sessions, sales blitzes, and brainstorming opportunities to increase sales results for centers business To conduct research of the diagnostics/laboratory industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new marketing strategies. To suggest reasonable recommendations to improve potential from various markets. To plan and execute cost-effective and productive sales trips into your assigned cluster/territory, to improve and increase our penetration of that market. To take responsibility for the end-to-end signing of partners hospitals, corporate(s), collection centers from initial client presentations, to client visits, developing the relationship and negotiating/closing deals in coordination with senior management To manage and improve the processes of partner tracking hospitals, corporate(s), collection centers and provide analysis [account wise and reports to internal stakeholders To maintain and update partner registration in coordination with accounts &finance department . To accurately report the month-end, year -to - date center to key stakeholders, for revenue increasing opportunities and possible action plans. Has to be a doctor.
