Job Description

Segment positioning
1.Ensure competitive positioning in the segments that we operate in with a strong value proposition to significantly increase our market share in the segments that we operate in.
2. Develop solutions for the targets segments in India along with Product management and Engineering team.

Solution Development and Portfolio Management
1. Ensure List price management for multiple product lines are competitive and are in tune with the market.
2. Manage discounts on solutions offered to customers are competive are in line with the GM targets for the business
3. Ensure buying prices for the products are maintained to achieve the Gross margin targets for the business.

Solution Development and Portfolio Management
1. Manage energy distribution solution roadmap and idea pool and ensure healthy portfolio.
2. Develop New Solutions for Energy distribution according to HPLP process.
3. Develop and execute new Solution/product launch plans.
4. Develop Forecasts for the portfolio and mange stock within Budget for the portfolio.
5. Manage phase in and phase out of products/solutions, develop special offers for Slow Moving and Obsolete stock to ensure quick liquidation.

Key Stakeholder Engagement
1. Engage with Key Consultants, Builders and Architects to drive Specifications in Commercial and Residential Buildings
2. Ensure timely support to Sales team to increase our market share in the geographies that we operate in.
3. Train the Sales Team, consultants, End Users and other key stakeholders.

Brand Communications
1. Plan and execute a Marcom plan for the product portfolio along with the Marcom Team.
2. Conduct seminars/workshops for key stakeholders to increase acceptance and awareness.

Good experience and Knowledge of
1. Managing a product portfolio for diverse electrical products/solutions.
2. Managing discounts and BOQs for achieving gross margin targets.
3. Developing and executing new solution/product launches.
4. Forecasting and managing stock for a diverse portfolio.
5. Competition mapping and executing competitive go to market plans.
