Job Description

Provide customized marketing support for each country in Respiratory, to support the DTMs in achieving business growth and sales targets
Provide need-based marketing /promotional support across Emerging markets to drive organisation-wide marketing initiatives
Execute annual commercial cockpit marketing and branding initiatives for DTM and B2B markets to ensure execution of activities against plan
Organize company-own events and coordinate participation in industry-organized events and conferences to ensure the companys visibility & KOL service across these events
Gather and analyse internal sales data and external market intelligence data to understand competitor strategies, global developments and regional market dynamics and hence identify partner & customer needs
Conduct trainings for internal customers to drive motivation and reward top performers, and for partners to build the Cipla brand
