Job Description

Accountability Actionable Channel Engagement Visits to Regions for Review Sales Calls during Regional Visits Contact Management Implementing effective Customer Engagement Process. Exception tracking and Reporting Trigger quality to be checked every week Sample 5 Classic RMs Perform Quality Checks on Customer Profilers. -15 per week Tracking of Supervisory for joint calls Minimum 15 interaction reports per day to be read in detail and deviations highlighted to channel on quality Weekly exception reporting to ZH and Monthly exception reporting to BBHs Exception reporting and tracking for accuracy of Contact Details for customers. Repeat checks for all Partial Ok and Not OK supervisory reviews. Underperforming Resources Ownership of Underperforming resources basis K.O parameters i.e. Income, Credit Card, Digital, AL, PL, Insurance, CASA Units Escalation: Weekly to Zonal Heads & Fortnightly escalation to BBHs Monthly escalation to Group Heads Process Improvement and Development Feedback during Regional Reviews to be factored for identifying areas of Improvement. Review and analysis of complaints in order to identify areas of process improvement
