Max Grade: Senior Manager Responsible for handling current account variants Trade,Supreme and Foreign Currency which involves constantly evaluate the effectiveness of the Product, design contest/initiatives to drive sourcing of new accounts as well as activating/value build up in existing accounts and make necessary changes in the product depending on the market requirement Support to the Branches, Sales and Channels by providing product clarifications, help in acquiring of big deals through joint customer visits and Branch visits , additional collaterals like offer letters, etc. Support the low performing Branches in resolving their issues and providing product solutions thereby bringing them up the curve Knowledge Management - Designing and updation of Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs) and uploading the same on portal to assist business units. Development and updation of training content for internal and external customers. Delivery of training to our internal customers (Branch / Sales / Channel, etc.) on Current account products as well as value added services. Support on the Product Customization (Waivers/Limit enhancements):Back-up and is responsible for evaluating case to case customization cases on the basis of profitability and supporting the Branches / Channels to meet the needs of the customer and thereby increased balances.
