1. Functioning, cash flow/money in motion of respective segment
2. Product requirement and product suit offered by the organization
3. Prevailing regulatory guidelines, competition and other developments effecting respective segment
4. Closely working with cross departments for product development, query resolution.
- Planning and preparing strategy, CASA budget for segmental business development.
- Monitoring segmental and CASA growth.
- Closely working with relationship team for implementation of strategy including
- Travel to locations and customer meetings.
- Understanding of Government Banking & TASC business
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with multiple stakeholders
