I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Translate market needs into clearly defined and detailed Product requirements. Coordination and follow-up with Vendor. Bring new and updated versions of products to market, including go-to-market plans, product launches and related sales training and product collateral, and content for required marketing programs. Formulating detailed product plans Coordination and follow-up on promotional activities. Team with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Development and Product Management to define, develop, market, sell and deliver the Product and the Product Value proposition in accordance with the Phase Review Process. Analysis trends of different products. Identify target markets, trends, and customers; assess customer needs; define product and strategic relationship requirements; manage key internal and external relationships; forecast and monitor product revenue. Coordination and interaction with the agencies/retailers/dealers. Collecting, synthesizing and prioritizing customer feedback, using a combination of live customer feedback sessions and additional feedback mechanisms. Development of catalogues, packaging, etc. Provide regular and detailed communications of Product and Market status and changes. Provide Product specific support to Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Training teams.
