What we are looking for: Product Manager B2B & SME Solutions Job Description: a) Structure, develop and enhance Electronic Payments products to meet transactional banking requirements of Multinationals, local corporates, Utility companies, Fleet operators, SME , Small Business units and Unorganised Business entities. b) To strategize , develop new and strengthen existing products, systems and processes of Electronic Payment product offerings (domestic electronic payments NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Wallet payments and overseas remittances. c) Develop suite of electronic payment products to meet cash management needs of the customers. d) Commercialisation of new and existing products. It includes training, marketing and promotional activities, tracking of revenue generation, benefit realisation and compare with product plan / objectives. e) Lead internal and industry goals to move traditional payments to electronic mode and increase electronic payment volume. f) Support and manage special projects which are floated from time to time. g) Competitor analysis to benchmark offerings. Job Deliverables : a) Conceptualise, develop and roll out digital products and solutions for payments, traditional cash management and other B2B products. b) Also design new age digital solutions covering the entire value chain for distributors and suppliers of large corporates, SMEs and Fleet owners. These include automation of inventory tracking and ordering, payments to suppliers and vendors, analytics for real time deals, digital couponing, Toll payments, prepaid cards, work on digitising cash across value chain etc. c) Responsible for product profitability Manage fee structure, create opportunities for income generation and minimize revenue leakage. d) Develop business plan to market CASA products , Electronic payment products and cross sell of third party products e) Commercialisation of products to target segments includes training to sales and distribution teams and Marketing /Advertising products. f) Continuously interact with group companies and partnerships to offer cross sell opportunities and new partnerships. g) Control & periodically check operational risks and workflow thereby implementing a sound process. h) Develop and implement Management Information system to control and monitor performance of product, operating expenditure and service. i) Co-ordinate and correspond with internal (IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Risk) and external (NPCI, RBI) stakeholders for setting up procedures to roll out new products. Pre-requisites : a)Sound understanding of electronics payments and B2B sector / SME business. b) Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with multiple stakeholders. c) Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint. d) Confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills. e) Self-driven with eagerness to deliver projects and assignments with timelines. Experience : a) 5-10 years of experience with a large bank in the SME , GTS departments , payment solutions provider in the electronic payments space. b) Proven track record of new product roll outs, worked on latest technologies. c) Handled large scale business and designed new age solutions for SMEs. d) Established network of partners and service providers in the market.
